Individual meetings
I start my work with a new client with a first FREE “get to know” meeting: when you will tell me about your difficulties and I will explain how I work and how we could work together. The meetings are usually held once a week, and the whole process sums up to a couple of weeks – usually 8 to 16 meetings, depending on individual needs.
Normally, in order to go through the process of change and to consolidate your ability to resort to your new habitual healthy thoughts and reactions (behaviour) you need about 12 weeks. That’s why you can as well take a first bold step and sign up for the whole 12-week programme that will guide you through to the life you want to design for yourself.

FOR WHOM:

Take part in my 12-week programme based on methodology which effectiveness was scientifically and statistically proven by research (evidence based therapy). You will get effective tools and you will learn how to use them by yourself to manage your life and emotions successfully.
Together we will go through a full cycle to understand where your moods or emotional difficulties come from. We will practice together how to take care of them in real life. Then we will monitor how you are dealing with them on your own. Finally you will be able to be “ahead of your organism” – you will be able to see what is coming, and before you react, you will be able to choose your healthy reaction. If only you decide to learn it and to train it!
Working with me you will FIND OUT:

- You will start „making new neuronal paths” in your brain, that will expand the array of your healthy reactions and behaviours;
- When needed, you will learn relaxation techniques which will help you to maintain healthy distance to the world around you, and to lower the stress of fear level.
